New Jersey has a new executive order that allows restaurants that serve alcohol to apply for a special license to expand liquor service to other areas contiguous to the property. Details of executive order 150 were announced by the State Wednesday night. The new permit will allow expansion of the alcohol service area to other areas that the licensee has, or onto the public right of way, if allowed by the town. Outside dining starts in New Jersey June 15th, at 6:00am.
