The latest revenue figures from the state show New Jersey falling behind the projections. David Rosen, of the nonpartisan Office of Legislative Services, said that New Jersey will be short $526 by the end of June in 2015. Rosen said that projections are not matching the actual revenue coming into the state. New Jersey must have a balanced budget and suggested choices will have to be made before passing a budget document for the next fiscal year.
