Governor Phil Murphy announced plans on Thursday to add 20 additional passenger rail cars to help alleviate many delays associated with New Jersey Transit train service. Murphy has called for an overhaul of NJT, calling it a “national disgrace”. Murphy admits the additional trains will not cure all of the problems associated with train service.
