STATE RELEASES INFORMATION ON MEDICAL MARIJUANA DISTRIBUTION

People looking to get their hands on medical marijuana can start applying for it next month. The state has said it likely won’t be in anyone’s hands before the summer, but applications will soon be taken for the drug. A website has been set up, www.nj.gov/health/med_marijuana.shtml, to discuss what conditions will be allowed to apply, and how it can be obtained. Some people, including the bill’s sponsors, says it will not provide enough relief and the rules are too strict.
