A 29 year old Pennsylvania man has been arrested and charged with firing a gun at another vehicle during a road rage incident on Route 55 last month. Police announced that Cary Speaks was charged in connection with the crime. Police say Speaks fired a gun, striking a pickup truck near Exit 35 of the highway. Speaks has been charged with criminal attempted homicide.
