New Jersey State Police announced an arrest has been made in connection with a hit and run accident that killed an 80 year old pedestrian from Ocean View. Police have not released the identity of the man who was behind the wheel of an SUV that struck and killed the woman last week. They have also not released the charges that have been filed against the individual.
