New Jersey State Police say the victim of last week’s hit and run traffic accident in Upper Township was 80 year old Marjorie Straubmuller of Ocean View. Police have released a composite drawing of the suspect who was driving an SUV that struck Straubmuller Thursday evening on Stagecoach Road at Brewhause Lane. Police are asking for the public’s help with identifying the driver.
