STATE POLICE ID DRIVER OF SECOND VEHICLE IN ROUTE 55 CRASH

New Jersey State Police have identified the second victim of the double fatal accident on Route 55 Monday night that claimed the life of a state trooper.  61 year old Lloyd Rudley was the driver of the vehicle that crossed the center median of the highway and killed New Jersey State Trooper Frankie Williams.   Rudley was a psychiatrist from Elmer and worked in the Inspira network up until 2015.
