STATE PICKS COMPANY TO OPERATE OFFSHORE WIND FARM, YOU HELP PAY THE TAB

State regulators have selected Orsted to operate a major wind farm in the ocean off the coast of southern New Jersey.  The state will provide a $1.6 billion subsidy to the operation that will be paid by consumers over two decades.  There will be a surcharge on energy bills to help pay for the project.
