STATE OFFICES OPENING TWO HOURS LATE DUE TO NORTH JERSEY SNOW

New Jersey state offices are opening two hours late on Friday due to a snowstorm that impacted the northern half of the state.  Governor Murphy announced the late opening this morning.  A weekend storm will add another four to eight inches in northern New Jersey, but just rain followed by bitter cold here.
