Sea Isle City Mayor Len Desiderio will present his annual State of the City address on Tuesday morning. Desiderio will speak before City Council during a meeting scheduled for 10am on Tuesday. At that time, Mayor Desiderio will also present his municipal budget for 2015. The meeting will be held at City Hall.
