STATE OF EMERGENCY DECLARED FOR WINTER STORM

New Jersey Governor Chris Christie has declared a state of emergency for the winter storm that will slam the Garden State on Thursday.  Christie says the storm will cause travel hazards and potentially power outages in the state.  Christie is urging all New Jerseyans to remain off the roads, if possible, throughout the day on Thursday.
