STATE MAY GROW HEMP LEGALLY..IN TIME

Someday soon farmers in New Jersey may be allowed to grow hemp.  An Assembly committee approved a bill Monday that would create so-called hemp growing licenses in New Jersey .  There’s one major catch:  The federal government must first approve commercial hemp production before anyone in the state would be allowed to do it.
