Gamblers in New Jersey who wish to wager on their iPads, smartphones and other mobile devices, got a clearer picture of how to do it on Monday. The NJ Gaming Enforcement Division issued regulations that took effect on Monday, covering gambling on handheld devices on casino property. However, none of the casinos in Atlantic City have currently made provisions for portable gaming. According to the new regulations, the only parts of casino property where portable devices could not be used would be parking lots and garages.
