The State of New Jersey handed out $47.3 million in various grants to repair bridges throughout the State, including two here in Cape May County. $1.8 million is coming to the Middle Thorofare Bridge and the Great Channel Bridge for railing replacements and repainting. Money is also allocated to a Fortescue Road Bridge in Cumberland County.
