STATE COURT RULES THAT MEDICAL MARIJUANA MUST BE PAID FOR BY PRIVATE EMPLOYER

The New Jersey Supreme Court ruled that private businesses must pay for the cost of medical marijuana for an employee who is injured on the job.  The Court ruled Tuesday in favor of a construction worker who was injured on the job back in 2001 and was advised by doctors to use marijuana for the pain.
