STATE CONTINUES TO INVESTIGATE FATAL POLICE SHOOTING IN MILLVILLE

State officials have identified the man shot to death by police in Millville last week.  Police say the decedent is 33 year old Daniel Ackley of Millville, who was shot dead after police responded to a 911 call at a residence on Burns Road.  Ackley was holding a machete outside of the house, and advanced towards the officers.  The officer who fired the fatal shot is Timothy Rehmann.
