STATE ANNOUNCES DISASTER RELIEF GRANTS FROM “SANDY”

The State of New Jersey announced some major disaster relief grants as a result of Hurricane Sandy, and much of that money locally is headed to Ocean City.  Several historic properties are in line to get grants including St. Peter’s United Methodist Church, the First Presbyterian Church, and Ocean City city hall, all in Ocean City.  Grant money is also headed to the Naval Air Station in Wildwood for preservation efforts at a local hangar.
