A volunteer assistant football coach at Lower Cape May Regional High School has signed with the Carolina Panthers. Brian Cunniff from CoastSportsToday.com reports that Colin Thompson is a graduate of Temple University, and plays tight end and long snapper. He was previously with the New York Giants and Chicago Bears.
