SPORTS: EAGLES JACKSON OUT FOR THE SEASON

Not that it matters at this point…Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver Desean Jackson is out for the season.  Eagles Coach Andy Reid announced during his weekly press conference that the Eagles’ receiver fractured ribs during the Eagles’ seventh consecutive loss Monday night at the hands of the Carolina Panthers.  Jackson has been placed on the season-ending injured reserve list.
