Former Penn State quarterback Matt McGloin is a member of the Philadelphia Eagles. The Eagles signed McGloin to a one year contract on Monday. He has played sparingly as a starter and backup in Oakland. Last year the Eagles kept only two quarterbacks on their active roster.
