Back to the future with a backup quarterback for the Philadelphia Eagles. The Eagles have signed quarterback Nick Foles to a two year deal to back up Carson Wentz. Foles played in Philadelphia before he was shipped out during the Chip Kelly era. The Eagles may decide to go in another direction with current backup quarterback Chase Daniel.
