SPORTS: BOYS AND GIRLS BASKETBALL PLAYOFFS ANNOUNCED

Local boys and girls basketball teams learned this week who they will play in the first round of the South Jersey basketball playoffs.  The girls’ pairings are highlighted by a first round game between Cape May Tech and Wildwood.  Middle Township will host Audubon, Lower Cape May entertains Oakcrest, Wildwood Catholic visits Holy Cross, and Ocean City hosts Central Regional.  On the boys side, Ocean City will host Pinelands, Barnegat calls on Middle Township, Wildwood travels to Woodbury, and Wildwood Catholic will host St. Mary’s of Elizabeth.
