New Jersey finally got a sports betting victory in court. The entire Third Circuit is going to rehear the case involving legalizing sports book in New Jersey. The state previously lost a 2-1 decision in the Third Circuit but this will allow all of the judges in that court to rehear the case. If legalized, sports book could take place in Atlantic City. The move is being opposed by the four major professional sports leagues and the NCAA.
