The sentencing of the former Seaville Volunteer Fire Company chief Rob Spiegel has been pushed back until Monday, September 14th. Spiegel was supposed to be sentenced earlier this month to stealing more than $46,000 from the fire company. Spiegel has pleaded guilty to a second degree count of conspiracy in connection with the case.
