Two ordinances were turned away in Cape May via special election. Voters overwhelming voted down two ballot questions. The two ballot questions were, whether meters should be installed in East Cape May, and whether angled parking would be put in for a portion of Beach Ave. to create additional parking spots. Both questions were shot down with at least 66 percent of the vote. Voter turnout was 34 percent.
