A 27 year old South Jersey woman has been arrested for stealing an EMT’s wallet at the scene of a fatal accident. Authorities have charged Brittany Carulli with stealing the wallet while she sat alone in an ambulance at an accident scene on Sunday. Her boyfriend had just been fatally struck by a passing car; Carulli was invited to be in the ambulance alone to collect her thoughts and grieve.
