A 28 year old South Jersey man will spend eight years in a state prison for distributing a video that depicted the rape of a child. Gerald Laphan of Mt. Ephraim was handed the prison term just before the weekend. He was charged more than four years ago after investigators found him downloading and distributing videos involving adults and children.
