It’s 19 years in prison for a Cumberland County man who committed a drive by shooting that killed a bystander. Ralph Jamison received the prison term on Friday for a shooting back in August, 2014 that killed Quantasia Bessix. Bessix was not the intended target during the shooting. Jamison offered the family an apology during his sentencing hearing.
