SOUTH JERSEY HOME SALES ON THE RISE

Good news for South Jersey realtors and homeowners looking to sell. According to figures released Wednesday by the National Association of Realtors, sales of previously owned homes in Cape May County grew by 19 percent in July over last year, and increased by 14 percent in Atlantic County. MLS data also showed that Cumberland County sales were virtually unchanged. Nationwide, existing home sales grew by about 10 percent over the prior year.
