SOMERS POINT THE LATEST TOWN TO ADDRESS PLASTIC BAGS

Somers Point has become the latest town to address plastic bags.  Somers Point officials put in a plastic bag ban as of New Year’s day after previously adopting a small fee on the bags.  Locally, Avalon and Stone Harbor have similar prohibitions.
