SOMERS POINT POLICE MAKE HEROIN ARREST

Two people were arrested for drug possession in Somers Point. On July 22, The Somers Point Police Department along with the Atlantic County Emergency Response Team executed a search warrant at The Somers Point Apartments located on Mays Landing Road. Police arrested Demont Selby, 43 years old, Somers Point and charged him with possession of heroin and cocaine, possession with intent to distribute heroin and cocaine, possession of a weapon (Rambo Type Knife), possession of a weapon by a convicted felon. Also charged was Elisa Kingman, 31 years old, Somers Point, with possession, possession with intent to distribute heroin and cocaine, possession with intent to distribute in public housing. Police confiscated 406 bags of heroin and slighting under a 1/2 ounce of cocaine. Both subjects transported to Atlantic County Jail on their charges.
