Somers Point Police have arrested and charged a local man who drove into another individual following a disagreement. 42 year old Francisco Montero Toribio drove his SUV into 32 year old Edgar Martinez Sunday after both men got into an argument. Martinez underwent surgery at a local hospital. Montero Toribio was charged with aggravated assault and other offenses.
