SOMERS POINT BACKS UP OPENING OF ITS SCHOOLS AT LEAST ANOTHER WEEK

Count Somers Point among the school districts that have pushed back their opening date significantly. Information was placed on the website for the Somers Point School District that schools will not open this week as clean up continues of mold. To this point, Jeffrey Miller, the Superintendent of Schools, says no definite timeline can be released for an opening of the school and that they are monitoring the situation.
