A new bill was signed into law that will allow some students to be sent out of district to another district. Gov. Chris Christie signed the bill before that weekend that will allow up to 10 percent of the students from a district to attend another school district, as long as the receiving school is not at capacity. The sending district must also make available and pay for transportation for the student, as long as its within 20 miles of the new school.
