SOME FLOODING PROBLEMS FROM HEAVY RAINS IN CAPE

Some sections of Cape May County saw more than three inches of rain in an hour on Monday, while others, not even a drop. The National Weather Service reports some flash flooding problems in Dennis Township and Upper Township Monday afternoon as a thunderstorm squall line moved through the region. Getting even more rain, interior and western sections of Atlantic County, which received more than four inches of rain in a very short period of time Monday evening.
