SOME FIGHT EXTENSION OF HOURS FOR LIQUOR LICENSE

A group in West Cape May is seeking to halt a change in what time liquor can be sold in the municipality. West Cape May officials are currently taking bids on two liquor licenses, one that would be for a restaurant and the other for a liquor store. Commission extended the time allowed to be open from 10 p.m. to midnight. The group is getting signatures together to bring it to a referendum, if the commission doesn’t decide to reverse its ruling.
