Three democratic lawmakers have introduced a bill in Trenton that would require all public schools to be closed during this upcoming school year, with remote learning being offered instead. Three democratic members of the New Jersey Assembly have introduced the bill which goes directly against the plan fronted by their party’s governor, Phil Murphy. The three lawmakers are from northern New Jersey and say the pandemic clearly “isn’t over”.
