SOLD: RENAUT WINERY SOLD BY OCEAN FIRST BANK

Ocean First Bank has sold the Renault Winery in Atlantic County.  the bank sold the property to Renault Properties LLC and the new owner says the facility will continue to operate restaurants and banquet facilities.  The winery filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection back in 2013 and was purchased by the bank at auction.
