Payless Shoes is closing both locations in Middle Township, and at the Cumberland Mall. The chain announced another round of store closures Wednesday afternoon which include locations in Rio Grande and Cape May Court House, and at the Cumberland Mall. 17 Payless Shoe stores are closing throughout New Jersey.
