SMOKE IN THE SKY? CONTROLLED BURNS IN SOUTH JERSEY

If you saw plumes of thick smoke in South Jersey on Thursday, fear not..they were controlled burns.  Two controlled burns were held in South Jersey on Thursday to clear out some thick brush.  One of them was held in Atlantic City, and the smoke was very visible in most of Cape May County.  The burn took place at the site of Bader Field, where a major music concert will be held in June featuring the Dave Matthews Band.
