SMALL FIRE DAMAGES CHURCH IN DENNIS TOWNSHIP, NO INJURIES

A small fire caused damage to a church located on Route 9 in Dennis Township.  The fire started early Monday morning at the Messiah Lutheran Church in Ocean View.  Fire crews found a small working fire near the alter and extinguished it.  The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
