SLOW START TO THE DAY, STATE COMPUTERS CRASH AGAIN

It was a slow start to the business day for the State of New Jersey on Thursday as a major glitch again shut down computers throughout the state’s own network.  New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission sites went down, along with some other websites that would have provided information for health advisories and an office of administrative law.  This same problem occured back in July.  Courts, and state legislative websites were still operational during the outage.
