The speed limit on Lower Township’s Bay Drive is dropping from 35mph to 25mph. Township Police announced Friday that an ordinance has been approved that lowers the speed limit from Mallow Road to Wildwood Avenue. New signs have been posted, and officers are patrolling the area.
