Sixth grade student Aiden Foxx was acknowledged as the winner of Avalon’s annual Beach Tag Art Contest. Mayor Martin Pagliughi made a presentation to Foxx at the Avalon Elementary School this week. Foxx’s artwork will be on all beach tags sold in Avalon in 2018.
