The Philadelphia 76ers got two first-round picks during Thursday night’s NBA draft, but it cost them their all-star point guard. The Sixers traded away Jrue Holiday and a second round pick to New Orleans for the number six overall pick in the draft, 6’10” Nerlens Noel from Kentucky, plus a number one draft pick for 2014. The Sixers also used their number eleven pick to select guard Michael Carter-Williams from Syracuse.
