Six local school districts are among 74 districts in the state that have applied to join a new program that allows public school choice. The State of New Jersey expanded its inter-district program, and six local districts applied to be a part of it by the October 29th deadline. The six schools that signed up: Cape May City, Lower Cape Ma Regional Ocean City, West Cape May, Woodbine, and Middle Township. Interested students can apply to participate in the program when the state finalizes its list. Up to ten percent of a district’s students can attend any other school in an approved participating district.
