SIRIUS XM TO PAY BACK CUSTOMERS IN NJ FOR SETTLEMENT

New Jersey is 45 states that Sirius XM will pay back fees to for making it tough for customers to cancel and charging them unexpectedly. New Jersey customers are getting $114,982 for those business practices. As apart of the multi-state settlement, the satellite radio provider must change the way it handles cancellation and billing. Customers who feel they have a claim can contact Sirius XM directly of the state’s Division of Consumer Affairs.
