A vehicle crashed into a utility pole and caught fire Monday morning. Egg Harbor Township Police say that a vehicle driven by Tamia Govan, was travelling East on Mill Road when it crossed into the West bound lane directly in the path of another vehicle. Govan swerved back into her lane, lost control, went off the road and struck a utility pole. Govan and her 6 juvenile passengers were all treated at the scene by the Egg Harbor Township Ambulance Squad and transported to the AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center Mainland Campus with minor injuries. Traffic was detoured for about an hour.
