Tuesday is showdown day for Governor Chris Christie and the very broken public employee pension system in the Garden State. The New Jersey Supreme Court is expected to issue its final decision on Tuesday relating to the Christie administration’s plan to underfund the obligation owed to the pension system. The Court will rule if Christie acted properly when he cut funding out of the pension system in order to present a balanced budget.
